Kudos for having the bravery to put up your first flash video, as it's a good way to find out what you did wrong. Of course, that can only happen if people tell you what you could improve on and not just spew shit out of their mouths. Now, I'm no flash savant, so I don't really have much in the way of constructive criticism. Practice makes perfect. Don't rely entirely on movie clips to get the animation done --they're a great feature of flash to use, but they have to be used right. Subtitles would be invaluable. Add in falling animations in the climbing part, and overall just be more thorough with the animations.
